yup, yup, yup and yup. I'm a trainer and lifelong fitness maniac. Green tea, I think goes a long way towards keeping your mouth and hands occupied while not filling you up with calories OR jittering you up like coffee does (yes, there's caffeine in green tea but nowhere near the amount that's in coffee).
